A 22‐year‐old female presented with primary amenorrhoea, congenital absence of vagina and rudimentary horn of the uterus. Laparoscopic examination revealed rudimentary uterus with normal tubes and small ovaries. She had 46 XX karyotype with normal intravenous pyelogram. At the time of vaginoplasty a small purple colour nodule was detected in the suburethral region, which was excised. Histopathological diagnosis of the nodule was endometriosis. Association of endometriosis with rudimentary uterus and absent vagina is a uniquefinding.
