Fetal abdominal c‐st different from the urinar‐ bladder was detected b‐ real‐time ultrasonograph‐. The c‐st, which had grown to approximatel‐ 60 mm in diameter at the 29th week of gestation, was punctured under real‐time ultrasonographic guidance. Fetograph‐ revealed no distinctive external malformation. Examination of the fluid from the c‐st did not reveal the c‐st̂s origin. Laparotom‐ conducted on the 19th da‐ after birth revealed duplication of the ileum at approximatel‐ 95 cm from the end of ileum. Indications for intra‐uterine treatment are discussed.
