This study presents the analysis of 8,600 cases of laparoscopy both diagnostic and operative carried out by the Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital and Post Graduate Institute, Bombay. Of these, 2,300 cases were performed at the hospital and 6,300 cases at various camps all over India. Variety of complications noted in these cases have been evaluated.
