Ten cases of Rokitansky‐Ktister‐Hauser syndrome were treated by using the pelvic peritoneum to construct a vagina. To bring the pelvic peritoneum down the canal to the vulva, peritoneal mobilization was performed by the vulvar and abdominal routes. Each operation's difficulty depended upon the amount of the uterine remnant and the presence of urinary tract anomalies. The constructed vaginas were reported effective for coitus.
