In utero real‐time ultrasonic tomography revealed malattachment of the tricuspid valve in two cases at 33 weeks of gestation. Enlargement of the right ventricle and atrium and a decrease in thickness of the right ventricular wall were also observed in one fetus while a small ventricle and enlargement of the right atrium were seen in the second fetus. This is the first documentation of Ebstein's anomaly diagnosed in utero.
