A case of craniothoracopagus, where two fetuses folded and fused together, associated with a normally developed infant in uniovular diamniotic triplets is reported along with the gross pathoanatomical findings. We experienced a very rare case of uniovular diamniotic triplets, where two fetuses were fused together and formed a craniothoracopagus and the other infant, though premature, was normal in appearance and survived. Also following are the gross pathoanatomical findings, simply described, offered as part of this case report.
