Summary: A 26‐year‐old man with diffuse lymphocytic lymphoma presented with painful peripheral bone involvement and with acute renal failure associated with massive lymphomatous renal infiltration. Renal function returned to near normal following combination chemotherapy with bleomycin, adriamycin, cyclophos‐phamide, vincristine and prednisolone (BACOP).
