Summary: The occurrence of pigmentary changes in the eyes in Turner's syndrome has not been reported. A 14‐year‐old Chinese boy with Turner's syndrome and melanosis bulbi is reported. His chromosomal karyotype is 46 (XY). Though he has no eye symptoms, the melanosis bulbi should be watched as there is a small risk of malignant change.
