A new laparoscopic instrument has been developed to facilitate intracorporeal suturing and knot tying. The instrument combines both needle‐holding jaws and a loop‐forming member. The handle is ergonomically designed and contains a locking mechanism. This simple technique of knot tying extends the role of instrument rotation and contrasts out all other known methods of knot tying.
