Testicular tumours are uncommon. It is well known that an ectopic testis is more prone to malignancy. However, only relatively few cases of intraabdominal malignant testicular tumours have been recorded in the literature. In this communication, a report of an intraabdominal seminoma is presented both because of its rarity, and because to our knowledge it is the largest intraabdominal seminoma so far recorded.
