The relationship between immunosuppression and development of cancer appears definite. We now present evidence of an increased incidence of shin tumours ranging from recurrent keratoses, keratoacanthomas and carcinoma‐in‐situ to carcinomas of the skin and of the lip in a group of immunosuppressed patients.
