Three cases of intramedullary spinal neoplasm are reported, and stress is laid on the relatively long prediagnostic course. Diagnosis was made in each case by myelography, but was suggested by symptoms of long standing. The good results of surgical treatment supported the author in his recommendation of earlier myelographic investigation in suspected cases.
