Bizarre leiomyoma of the stoirtach, which has become an accepted and well‐documented entity in the course of the past decade, has to date received mention in Australasian literature on an extremely scanty basis. A case is now reported in full in order to draw further attention to the condition, of which the characteristic features are discussed in some detail.
