The clinical and pathological features of 10 cases of ulcerogenic tumours of the pancreas are described. Seven of the patients are dead, five as a result of complications of peptic ulceration. Two patients had microadenosis of the islet ceils of the pancreas. Five had adenomata and three had malignant lesions. One patient had an associated parathyroid tumour, and two had adenomata in the adrenals. The management of these patients is discussed, and the case for total gastrectomy is presented.
