Two methods of ureteric drainage have been used iir a transplantation programme, and the results of 35 uretero‐ureteric and 20 ureterovesical anastomoses studied. Comparison is made between these groups, and the literature is reviewed. Ureteroureteric anastomosis has been found to be a satisfactory method of ureteric drainage .
