S ummary A method of cadaver renal grafting is dexribed based on the patch technique of arterial anastomosis of Carrel and Guthrie (1906). It is fell that the method offers advantagesin potential shortening of ischaemic time and in the ease of anastomosis, particularly when multiple arteries are found.
