Summary The case of a sixty‐four‐year old woman is presented, who had a clear cell hypernephroma removed by nephrectomy. Over the next seven and a half years, metastases were surgically removed from the middle lobe of the right lung, left posterior upper lung segment, right suprarenal, right frontal lobe of brain and right parietal lobe of brain. All the metastatic deposits resembled the primary hypernephroma.
