Summary 1. Three cases of facial hemiatrophy are described, one of which was congenital. In no case did the sympathetic nervous system seem to be involved. I n one a slight involvement of the trigeminal nerve occurred as a late sign. 2. A method of operative treatment by a tubed pedicle graft is described.
