An unusual case of jejunal mucosal diaphragm with enterolith causing liver dysfunction and fever in a 36‐year‐old man is reported. The diagnosis of jejunal mucosal diaphragm was made by panendoscopy. Treatment of the jejunal mucosal diaphragm was by dilatation of the diaphragm. The enterolith was removed by panendoscopy.
