A case of bilateral diffuse melanocytic uveal tumours /n a 34‐year‐old male in association with a systemic carcinoma is described clinically, by light microscopy and by transmission electron microscopy Although the reports of such cases are extremely rare, they do not necessarily represent a new syndrome.
