Two cases of Morning Glory Syndrome are presented to draw attention to the occurrence of this rare syndrome in Australia. The typical case shows an enlarged excavated optic nerve head surrounded by peripapillary pigment disturbance. There is early branching of the retinal vessels and a central tuft in the cavity. Some management guidelines are suggested.
