S ummary R etinal A ngiomatosis frequently produces severe visual impairment, though loss of an eye occurs less commonly. A unique case is reported here in a 19‐year‐old girl. One eye had been enucleated for unrecognized complications of angiomatosis 12 years before final presentation in 1969, when the remaining eye showed an unusual degree of cholesterol infiltration in the anterior chamber and vitreous.
