S ummary S ix patients are presented showing the classical angiographic signs of choroidal folding in the presence of swelling of the optic disc. Deformation of the choroid by the enlarged optic nerve head is a possible ætiological factor in these cases. The angiographic signs may persist despite subsidence of the disc swelling.
