A threeyear‐old boy developed Henoch‐Schonlein purpura after measles immunization. To our knowledge Henoch‐Schonlein purpura in this setting has not been previously reported. This case illustrates that measles vaccine can act as an inducing factor Henoch‐Schanlein purpura.
