Two kinds of human monoclonal antibodies, CLN‐IgG and SLN‐IgG, were obtained from human x human hybridomas, termed CLNH11 and SLNF10, respectively. These antibodies recognized different molecules which were expressed simultaneously on the cell surface of tumor cells. When both antibodies were added into culture medium in the presence of complement, a remarkable synergistic cytotoxic‐effect against glioblastoma cells was observed.
