Steady state serum levels of nitrazepam (NZP) in 60 epileptic children ranging in age from 6 months to 18 years with various types of epilepsy were investigated by high‐pressure liquid chromatography. Also studied were the influence of age on the serum NZP level and the drug interaction of phenobarbital (PB) or sodium valproate (VPA).
