Summary 1) no matter how large dose of NaF was. given to maternal rats, gross malformation of fetuses did not appear at all. 2) In case of the administration of large dose of NaF, growth retardation of fetuses. slightly increased. 3) Fetuses with retardation of ossification appeared in case of the administration of large dose of NaF in the 11th‐14th day group.
