
DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSTRICTA SPECIES‐GROUP OF THE GENUS CHALCOLAMPRA BLANCHARD (COLEOPTERA: CHRYSOMELIDAE: CHRYSOMELINAE)

The constricta species‐group in the genus Chalcolampra Blanchard is defined. The group comprises C. constricta (Erichson), C. fulvomontis sp.n., C. multinoda sp.n., C. pustulata Baly, C. rufinoda Lea and C. walgalu sp.n., all of which are described. Lectotypes are designated for C. constricta and C. pustulata. The species‐group is confined to south‐eastern mainland Australia and Tasmania.
