Pupae of four species of Culicoides (C. multimaculatus Taylor, C. oxystoma Kieffer, C. sigmoidus Lee and Reye and C. waringi Lee and Reye) are described and included in a revised key to pupae of 31 species of Culicoidini. The fourth instar larva of C. waringi is also described.
