Phyllolyma Scott and P. rufa (Froggatt) are redescribed and three new species are described. Two have unusual lerp‐forming habits: P. marginicola sp.n. forms bivalve lerps in the margins of Eucalyptus leaves, and P. mituliformis sp.n. also forms bivalve lerps but on the leaf surface. In both of these species the base of the lerp is embedded in the leaf tissue. The lerp of the third new species P. maculata sp.n. is unknown.
