Paralimnichus Delève is retained in Limnichidae and P. castaneus (Lea) ( Limnichus Latreille) comb. n. is proposed. The following new combinations are proposed in Ptilodactylidae: Byrrocryptus nigrinus (Carter), ( Epilichas White), B. oblongus (Carter) ( Epilichas ) and B. serraticornis (Carter) (Epilichas ).
