Andreacarus anadema and A. synoecus spp. n. are described from two murid rodents in Tasmania, Mastacomys fuscus Thomas and Pseudomys higginsi (Trouessart), respectively. They belong in the radfordi species‐group, a first key to the six known members of which is given.
