Notes are presented on food plants, distribution and life histories of Hypochrysops cyane (Waterhouse & Lyell), Lucia limbaria Swainson, Ogyris ianthis Waterhouse, Ogyris aenone Waterhouse and Jalmenus daemeli Semper. The known range of O. ianthis is extended from the Sydney area to South Queensland and O. aenone from North Queensland to South Queensland. J. daemeli is recorded feeding on Eucalyptus spp.
