A cutaneous meningioma in the left upper eyelid was found in a 51‐year‐old woman. Histologically, arachnoid villi‐like feature, meningothelial structure, and numerous psammoma bodies were evident. In the present case, it was predicted that the tumor originated from the extracranial archnoid cell rests.
