A case of malignant schwannoma associated with rhabdomyoblastic foci is reported. The tumor was composed of two cellular elements. One was malignant schwannoma cells and the oher was embryonal rhabdomyoblast within tumor component. We suggested that this rhabdomyoblast might have been derived from ectomesenchym.
