A case of Hodgkin's disease with amyloidosis in various organs in a 68‐year‐old Japanese man is reported. The initial sign was dysuria followed by diarrhea, melena, and ileus. There was no history of pulmonary tuberculosis or rheumatoid arthritis. Autopsy findings suggested that Hodgkin's disease may have been the initial disease in development of secondary systemic amyloidosis, fallowed by dysuria and paralytic ileus.
