A case of histologically and immunochemically proven cholangiocar‐cinoma is presented. The patient had elevated serum calcium levels and was found to have increased parathyroid hormone activities in the blood and the extract of the tumor. The tumor of the liver was a type of cholan‐giocarcinoma and electron‐microscopically contained membrane‐limited granules, which were compatible to those of the secretory granules in some endocrine cells of the alimentary tract.
