A case of mixed mesodermal tumor of the ovary occurring In a nulliparous Japanese woman was reported. Histologically, two elements of tubular adenocarcinoma and rhabdomyosarcoma were intermingled and partly they were separated from each other. The epithelial component was very similar to that found in clear cell adenocarcinoma of the ovary. The histogenesis of this tumor was briefly discussed with particular emphasis on the unique histologic features.
