With the results obtained with our experimental procedures, agar hemolytic plaque formation was demonstrated in the cultured omentum cells of both non‐sensitized and sensitized guinea pigs, administrated sheep red cells in vitro. This experiment provides evidence for antibody formation in the cultured omentum cells.
