This report is concerned with the studies on the changes of the intimal elastic lamella and the intermuscular matrix with the administration of hyaluronidase which is thought to have the enzymatic activities for the decrease of the viscosity of acid mucopolysaccharide by way of depolymerlsation. With the administration of hyaluronidase, the remarkable morphological changes of Internal elastic lamella and the intercellular matrix of the large vein were demonstrated. ACTA PATH.
