At autopsy of a 60‐year‐old male, the authors found two malignant tumors occurring in different organs. One was hepatocellular carcinoma originating in the right lobe of the liver, and the other was leiomyosarcoma occurring in the right retroperitoneal space. They collided at the edge of the right lobe of liver and mixed together. The mixed area showed structures of true carcinosarcoma.
