A report was made on an 18‐year‐old girl who suffered from numerous papulous skin lesions and died of intestinal perforation. On the basis of the peculiar clinical and pathological findings, the patient was diagnosed as “papulose atrophiante maligne”, and its entity was discussed. ACTA PATH. JAP. 17: 457–463, 1967
