Summary A case of primary osteogenic sarcoma of the urinary bladder is reporte, and 20 comparable cases in the past literatures are reviewed. A careful study must be done before classifying a tumor as an osteogenic sarcoma, because there are many variants of bladder carcinomas. The possible histogenesis of osteogenic sarcoma of the bladder is discussed.
