Previous morphometric studies using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have revealed structural brain abnormalities in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The aim of the present study was to investigate the alterations in brain structure of patients with OCD using a voxel-based morphometry (VBM) method.
