Résumé 1) 3 cases of serious pertussis encephalopathy were reported. In two of them, there was a remarkable lowering of blood calcium, corresponding to the titanic manifestation. 2) Autopsy of one case revealed an encephalo‐meningitis serosa. Remarkable clasmatodendrosis was identified owing to the specific staining for the astrocyte, without which the postmortem diagnosis of the brain change would have Sand “cerebal edema”.
