Summary.1)  The general probability function of the sqaure amplitude of the brain waves obtainable from the general one of brain wave amplitude already established by author and Nakane is reported. In addition, a simple, practical method for calculating the value of the elementary wave constant has been made public, by virtue of which the number of the elementary waves of the above function with different frequency from each other is determinable. 2)  The said general probability function of the square amplitudes of the brain wave contains Masuyama's probability function treating the brain wave energy as one of special cases where the value of the elementary wave constant is n = 2. 3)  Some discussion for the fact that Motokawa's and Masuyama's functions do not always fit well with the observed values of alpha waves in considered. Explanation for the fact is pointed out by Kakegawa and the author (Fig. I) and by author and Nakane 6) .
