Grounded theory method, part two: options for users of the method Era‐specific issues are presented for the consideration of the potential grounded theorist. Two of die issues are general to grounded theory mediod, while die otiier four assist in clarifying aspects relevant to die selection of a specific mode of die mediod. Five broad options regarding multiple possible modes of grounded dieory method are suggested and detailed. The inquirer is not limited to the two major modes usually presented and discussed in die literature. Users of the mediod are challenged to continue contributing to die development of die mediod, while justifying and debating mediodological modifications.
