. A total of 54 myelograms were performed at the Royal Children's Hospital Brisbane over a three year period 1977 to 1979. These cases are reviewed. The relevant clinical features, the underlying pathology and the myelographic appearances are discussed. Myelography was of most value in the diagnosis and characterisation of intraspinal space occupying lesions. The presence of abnormal neurological signs was found to be significantly correlated with an abnormal myelogram.
