SYNOPSIS This is the sixth recorded case of a feminizing adrenal tumour in a boy. He presented with bilateral gynaecomastia, advanced bone age, and elevated urinary ketosteroids and oestrogens. The breast changes and hormone values returned to normal following removal of a large left adrenal tumour. The prognosis is discussed in relation to the previously reported cases in children and adults.
