SYNOPSIS This report concerns 4 infants with median cleft lip, hypotelorism, deficient nasal bones, absent philterum and microcephaly. All were demonstrated to have holoprosencephaly. This aggregate of facial features is indicative of holoprosencephaly, but there are a few exceptions, and investigations are therefore required to exclude them.
